You must read through all of my terms of service before asking for a commission, If you’re asking for a commission that means that you have already read them and accept them with no issues.

 

Commission Details

• Be polite at all times. I am willing to work with anyone as long as you keep it respectful, show patience and understanding.

• I don’t work with deadlines. Although I can make exceptions for these in case of it being for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or something like that.

• All my finished commissions are digital only.

• Be 100% Sure of what you’re going to ask. Please plan ahead and be as detailed as you can. Major changes in the later stages of the commission process may cost extra. (More details about this ahead)

• In the case of commercial use. Art you purchase from me may be used in commercial use, please be sure to maintain signatures and credit. Further discussion is available.

• Do your best to have an updated and clear reference. Make sure the picture is up to date, else be sure to tell me what has changed since its creation.
  In the case of not having a reference, you can alternatively send me images of your character and please explain and point out which details I should take into consideration. (pic A‘s hair style, pic B’s colors, pic C’s clothes, etc.)

 

I will NOT do the following content under any circumstances, PERIOD.

• NSFW or suggestive content. I do not make sexual related content. This includes fetish content. (Macro, Feet, Hyper, Etc)

• Straight up illegal content. By this I mean content like pedophilia and cub content.

• Offensive or Sensitive material. Be it discrimination, aggression towards a specific demographic, a personal vendetta against someone, etc.

• Politics, Religion, Sports related stuff or any kind of propaganda. These kinds of themes tend to be quite problematic and controversial, so I rather stay out of these.

• NFTs/AI. I will not participate or work with these and I forbid the use of all of my work on it.

 

I will NOT work with people that

• Are impatient, unpolite or straight up rude. I do not work with people not willing to respect my time or be respectful in general. If you spend time trying to poke holes in my ToS, I will cancel the commission and refund you the money minus progression of the commission (Please see 'for cancellation/refund' below)

• Are known to be problematic or have a bad reputation.

• Support hate. eg Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, Xenophobic, Zoophiles, Pedophiles or Criminal behavior.

• Want free stuff or constantly cancel. Don’t waste my time, if you aren’t willing to pay for the commission, can’t afford it, or aren’t in a position to get it then don’t ask for it.

 

Payment

• I only accept payment via PayPal. If you’re from Mexico I can accept bank transference, but if you aren’t I can only accept payment via PayPal ATM. (details about these will be sent separately after discussing the commission.)

• I take payment in halves. First half to begin the commission and second half after the commission is completed.

 

During the Commission development

• You can ask me to change stuff. Don’t worry about it, I won’t bite. If you feel that something is off and you want me to change it, please tell me about it. I encourage you to tell me what I’m doing wrong so I can fix it and give you better artwork. Just keep in mind that you have to be polite and respectful.

• Ask me for all the necessary changes with time. Don’t wait until I’ve gotten to the line art / coloring / shading part to ask me for a major change, ask me for those in time on the sketching process. Otherwise, I will charge you an extra fee for it. Depending on the moment you ask it would be:
  - +25% if you ask me during the line art process.
  - +35% if you ask me during the coloring process.
  - +50% if you ask me during the shading process.

• Be patient. You can ask me some time to time about the commission progress, from my side I’ll be sending you WIPs from time to time (expect at least one per week) but don’t be so pushy about it. Please do not ask for updates daily.

 

For cancelation/refund

• If the cancelation is during the;
  - Sketching process: I will refund you 90%
  - Line art process: I will refund you 80%
  - Coloring process: I will refund you 70%
  - Shading process: I will refund you 50%
  - 50% done Shading: I will refund you 30%

• No refunds If the commission is done. Or about to be finished.

• No refunds for sketch commissions. Doesn’t matter if it’s colored or not.

• If by any reason I can’t continue the commission. Full Refund.
   

After the commission is finished

• I will send you a version with a watermark. It will be all over the artwork, once the second half of the payment it’s delivered, I will send you another version with my signature only.

• Give credit if reposted. You can do as you wish with the commission, share it, use it as profile, repost it, etc. But please even if the signature is there, give me the credits for the artwork.
